I work best on a team where people actually listen to each other, and I'll put the effort in to make it that kind of team. Things don't rattle me much. I'd rather be curious about a problem than annoyed by it. I come up with ideas, and I can run with them on my own when I have to. But mostly I want the work to go well for everyone, so if someone needs a hand they get one, whether or not it's my job to give it.

Research-led product design for dense B2B tools: logistics platforms, customs screens, software people sit in all day. I build and maintain component libraries with the variants and states a team needs, so the next screen starts from what already works.

With AI-assisted development I take an idea to production software. This site is one: 11 subsystems live in production, built on a written architecture and a quality gate that decides what ships. In a team that means I turn up with something working instead of a slide about it.

A product has to be found before it can be used. Technical SEO, content structure and end-to-end UX took one site from 384 search impressions a day to 3,500+, and 1.07M in total over sixteen months. I read the search data myself and design against what it says.
