Product & systems
Research-led product design for dense B2B tools: trading dashboards, logistics platforms, software people sit in all day. I build component systems that are accessible by default, so the third year of a product costs less than the first.

AI in practice
With AI-assisted development I take an idea to production software. This site is one: 11 subsystems live in production, every change through a written architecture and a quality gate it cannot skip. In a team that means I turn up with something working instead of a slide about it.

Growth
A product has to be found before it can be used. Technical SEO, content structure and end-to-end UX took one site from around 100 search impressions a day to 5,000+, and 511K in total over six months. I read the search data myself and design against what it says.
